There are just too many good things to write about Frank and his team. We knew we were in good hands when the crew put down paper/plastic to protect the floors as they brought stuff in. Frank's responsiveness to our questions, and we had a lot of them, was outstanding. He guided us through the permit process to help us navigate the city of Naperville's rules quickly. He and his team suggested a couple of approaches to improve the strength and durability of our new driveway, which I appreciated a great deal. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Great value.
Frank Royal came to give us an estimate soon after submitted our inquiry. We had three estimates with 2 being very close. I chose Royal Remodeling because of Mr. Royal's professionalism in his conversations with me. We got offers from about 10 to12 different companies for the work we needed done. Royal beat all the others on price and professionalism. We needed work done ASAP due to weather storms caused us to flood in our home. They put new carpet in living room, hall way and 3 bedrooms, and they also put new cermic tile in kitchen, dining room, and foyer. They did the work on the dates that we requested. Due to the rain, the project took longer than anticipated. When the project got started, it progressed very well. I am very pleased with the workmanship and his constant updates. We have already recommended him to friends, and they are extremely pleased with his work and crew.
Royal Contractors where very prompt, courtious and did great work at a great price. We will call them again.
Showed up on time and worked throughout the whole day and even into the night to get the job done. Friendly and good work overall.
Very professional operation. Frank was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. Price was the best out of 4 estimates.
They were very pleasant to work with. Although there were some delays with getting the project finished, they did a great job and we are very satisfied with their work.
