Royal City Dental is hands-down the best dental office we’ve ever been to! Dr. Juan Carlos Medina, Nicole Salgo, and their entire team are incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions with patience, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such professionalism with genuine compassion, you can tell they care about their patients and love what they do.
This is my second time being at this dental office. I had a great experience. My hygienist(can’t recall her name) was very clear on what to expect for the appointment and she was willing to answer any questions I had. She was thorough with the cleaning but gentle at the same time and I felt very relaxed. Office is nice and clean and everyone is nice. I also really appreciated that Dr. Medina showed me how to brush gently so as to not cause more gum recession. I would highly recommend them!
Excellent group. Kind, courteous and always looking at how best they can support their patients. Dr. Medina is a gentleman and artist.
I had a lovely experience! Dr. Medina was very kind and knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing as he worked and listening to my thoughts and hesitations. Working with me and not pushing any unnecessary treatment on me. Very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. Truly a great dentist and office!
Dr. Medina and his team are excellent. I have had to deal with different dentist thought the years, and I can say he is the best by far. My family is very appreciative for everything they have done for us. They have gone above and beyond everytime. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!!
