I have been going to Dr. Medina for many years and he and his staff are excellent. It is a very comfortable environment and they are kind and polite. I have also referred them to many newcomers to Guelph who appreciate them as well.
Excellent dental health care, as always. A very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly staff, they all provide a comfortable environment for my appointments, without fail. In particular, kudos to Dr Medina, and his dental staff, for all their excellent work for me in the past year +!
Thank you to the team at Royal City Dental! My two children needed to see the dentist yesterday, and we reached out for last-minute appointments. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us in right away. The staff was warm, patient, and gentle with the kids, making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and positive. Professional care, flexible scheduling, and genuine kindness—highly recommend this family-focused practice to anyone in need of reliable, compassionate dentistry!
Dr. Juan's team is magnificent—his dental assistants and, of course, Margarita. Margarita's kindness is always a plus, always ready to help patients. Dr. Juan's excellent professionalism and patience are invaluable assets to his patients. Gracias Dr. Juan, God bless you!
Walked in soooo incredibly nervous for my cleaning. Today we used a new technology for the procedure that was super effective, supper painless and eased all of my concerns!!!!! Im no longer scared of the dentist.
