cashier very unprofecional , i paid for a food specificly and the brought me another , I requested money back and cashier denide refund, of cource i will request a charge back. but the aproach of was rude.
If you are in the Plano TX area DON’T visit this place. I was eating here with my son and my wife and found a screw inside my bowl. I was so pissed off for this situation that, of course, I went to the register and asked for my money back. They refused and told us to talk with the manager tomorrow. I was like “are you kidding? It is a screw in my food!!!!” I got photos to prove it
Good food at a good price, customer service is excellent!!!
