This dentist office is a joke I went to have them fix something that messed up and all of sudden they have no records of me ever coming and claiming I'm lieing about getting work done told me to send my kids to the car to sit in the cold. On a 15 degree day and then proceeded to be completely disrespectful after they already double charged my insurance multiple times it's a shame that they can't take accountability for their actions
I am 76 years old. Royal was both thorough and friendly. I got the best explantion of my teeths condition, the best cleaning I ever had.

My dental appointment- exam, cleaning and x-rays went well. The dentist came to talk with me after -rays were taken. She was very thorough, even checking my jaw and lymph nodes. The dental hygienist was very good too. Taking time to show me the correct way to brush my teeth, using my new toothbrush to show me in the mirror. My teeth feel good after the cleaning. Thank you.
