I absolutely love the Royal Car Wash! The employees are super friendly and very hard working. They are always willing to go above and beyond! I travelled to Ithaca last weekend and my car became bug ridden. I went through the wash and told attendees that my windshield was still buggy after the first wash. I went through again and still buggy. ��

I echo the sentiments of the individuals who pay attention to their car and how it looks. I used this car service for a month and my once flawless car is completely scratched up with large scratches and micro-scratches. And it's extremely evident because my car is black. Do not use this business as you will simply be paying for your car to be scratched up. Highly dissatisfied. I will add photos as proof.
