I can't believe they think that by not providing any contact info and not following up online cancellations they can simply continue to charge for a service they can't provide and that has been cancelled. I'm disputing the charges with credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
My vehicle was damage by their car wash and they failed to take accountability. Never had problems with their competitors. I was never truly pleased with the cleanliness anyways, I used as a matter of convenience. WOULD NOT USE NOR RECOMMEND
Do not I repeat do not use this car wash I decided to try them out one day before Christmas as I pulled out of the car wash all my headlight malfunctioning warning lights came on I was WTF long story short their jets slightly dislodged one of the caps on the back of my headlights fast forward $2000 later I had to entirely replace my entire headlight electrical Now I have taken my car thru plenty of car washes this one is the worst after I find out I’m not the only one this car wash company has damaged and cost other customer... read more
Check your monthly bill if you are a member of the Royal car wash club, my monthly price just went up over $6.00 per car, and they never sent out any notifications to say their prices were going to go up at the start of the new year! Happy New Year. I will be canceling my membership.

Worse company ever and they scam their club members. No guidance on the track, don’t brush off snow on car roof. Greece store the worst.
Service was good but they just opened so I'm sure that may change. The whole experience was good(especially since I had a free wash for Grand Opening) until I got home and looked at my truck! Awful..awful job! They broke my license plate holder right off and my truck looked no better than when I pulled in the place. Sign up for unlimited monthly washes..NO THANKS
😡 got white spots all over my car gonna have to have it repainted!!
