I phoned leaving a message as every time I am by your wash on ridge rd and Jefferson rd is closed. You are still taking my money the last two months and I have gotten nothing for the 50$ you have taken from me.
Guys- you know better than this. If you want to stay open for members only during a pandemic, at least put a sign outside IN FRONT OF THE LINE saying you are members only so I don’t get all the way through your line only to be told I can’t get a car wash. I’m not knocking your hustle or you trying to stay open, so if you put a sign out front I’ll remove this review, but you leave people no choice but to bash you when you disable messaging on social media and close down your voicemail system for someone trying to give you fee... read more
What use is opening up for first responders and noone else. We better all be getting our money back for the time we cannot use the wash.
Understand being closed during Pandemic...BUT REALLY No info..No Contacts...Just keep taking our monthly fees for a service that we cannot use!!! VERY POOR Business
Can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund I was promise I submitted the form twice I will not recommend them cause they still charging me and I can’t use the car wash definitely going back to delta sonic cost more but I had no problems sometimes being cheap is not good
How are you still charging customers the monthly fee. Simply removing contact info from your website is such a disappointing effort to stop the exodus of customers, it will only make it worse in the long run.
