I had an issue with the rear of my vehicle not getting very clean when I went through. I contacted them via the website to notify them. Their manager, Alex, contacted me back within a few hours and set up a time for me to come back and make it right. Thanks for the great customer service!
We stopped this morning to get our truck washed. When we went through, I didn't see the items included in our package light up. So after we exited , I talked to an employee. He gave me a 5 day pass, we still have our 10 day pass, plus he gave us another free wash. If THAT isn't customer service I don't know what is. Goodbye Buckmans
