Lied to us about not being able to finance Suzuki's and still haven't paid off what was agreed to be paid on my trade in, in the contract. It has been 3 weeks and I am still responsible for paying off the previous loan. When calling into the dealership he is always "Home sick, or not around." Bottom line is this is a shady dealership! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.
My experience at Pat Egan Automotive has been overwhelming as well as horrible. The sales rep and finance manager are in cahoots with eachother. They will double talk you have you sign a contract that seems to be different when you get home. Added charges are on it when you take a real good look. Sales rep likes to go into the office alot and is really sneaky. Also I was sold a Pahtfinder that was in a prior accident. I didn't know until after I signed for the car.
