Start off with my partner buying her very first brand new car in 20'. It was a 21' K5. There was a clunking in the suspension, so we dropped it off for warranty work. Virtually every day, we were told it's not done. We're trying to figure it out, etc. If I remember right (this was a couple years ago) they had the car for two weeks. They did get us a loaner car, a new 21' Kia Forte GT Redline. When we did get the K5 back, two weeks later, it had 7k miles put on it, and the interior was dirty (fabric). I just wanted to share my experiance, with the automall Cadiliac sales. While I wasnt guided through the new car services or what they cover Re: Waranty, I bought a 100.000 mile extra coverage , thats not what I got after trying to use services, and was charged over 2,818.00 two times I paid cash for my car and they wanted me to take out a loan. But I will never trust this dealership again
