As a very busy person, I appreciate when I run across people and an organization that go above and beyond to take care of me and in this case my car: Kia Sorento 2018. I brought the car into Royal approx a month ago to have a nagging problem of lights always on my dash indicating that there was something wrong with my emergency brake system. Start off with my partner buying her very first brand new car in 20'. It was a 21' K5. There was a clunking in the suspension, so we dropped it off for warranty work. Virtually every day, we were told it's not done. We're trying to figure it out, etc. If I remember right (this was a couple years ago) they had the car for two weeks. They did get us a loaner car, a new 21' Kia Forte GT Redline. When we did get the K5 back, two weeks later, it had 7k miles put on it, and the interior was dirty (fabric).
