I think I'm on car number 5 from Royal Automotive now, and never once have they let me down. They always treat you right, they don't waste your time, they're straight up and always honest, and if something's not right they fix it! I used to shop in the big BMW and Mercedes dealerships in town, so I expected a lower level of service from a small off Broadway car lot.... MAN WAS I WRONG!
