Told me that they would help me in anyway but when I didn’t have the money that they wanted for a down payment that was it I was trying to get A Jeep for around 11 thousand but my payments would of been 314 for 48 months that would equal out to around 25 thousand that’s a lot of interest

Royal Automotive seems helpful, reasonable, and for their customers NOT! You take your car in for repair under warranty only for your vehicle to be fixed with used parts or your warranty is not valid for the same issue to be occurring that was “fixed”. When asked “ they cannot confirm or deny” the vehicle was repaired with used parts. If the vehicle could be returned without a negative inquiry hitting my credit I would return it!!!!
The people here are fantastic! being a single mom I needed a reliable car that could fit my 3 kids! and they get me the perfect van for my family! They made sure I got an amazing deal and helped me get a perfect car! Thank you so much!
