This is my 2nd time living at Royal Arms. I loved it 1st time around so decided to come back after selling my house. They have a new office manager so things arent like they use to be. I had to wait a month to get stove replaced. I informed office beginning of February 2025 that my sliding door has cold air coming now end of March same door now has rain coming in everytime it rains hard. Taylor is an exceptional person!! She quickly answered my questions about leasing and so sweet and understanding of lives circumstances!!
This place is not a good property. They are asking way over for what it is. They check unnecessary things to qualify for their apartment. They want $900 for a 1 bedroom for a run down apartment
