Curtis did an excellent job. Checking out both my Whirlpool Washer & Dryer. Provided thorough explanation of operation for both and issues that may or may not come up. My appliances are 10 years of age. So happy with my Whirlpool Appliances & great service by Royal Appliances.

Curtis knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly.
Everything went well. The technician was very knowledgeable and solved the problem. If I have one complaint, it would the the scheduling time frame. Both trips out he was later than expected. Other than that good job.........
The repair person was courteous and quickly resolved the problem. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Wrong diagnosis the first time. Out $300 and will take an additional $231 to repair it It is not worth it. Would not have authorized the repairs the first time if I had known the true cost. Bottom line is I am out $300 and still have a broke dryer that will need to be replaced.
