I have to defend the Royal Apts. I lived there a back in 2008. I loved it there. I can honesty say i felt right at home there. I know the units are small,.but if you look closely you can tell the place was a motel along time ago, but remodeled into one bedrooms. I enjoyed it there and miss the place alot. True the place is great for temporary housing, but also they work better if your single or a couple, not room mates then it would be crowded. Ron Johnson was one of the best managers i had. I would recommend these apartments. The managers Michelle and Ron are great! This place is okay as long as it's temporary. My husband is in the military and we need a furnished place for two months. Not so great: All the furniture is outdated. They are very small units and you can hear everything your neighbor does upstairs, downstairs and next door. The street parking is horrible. There's never anywhere to park and you only get one assigned space. With all this said, I will still recommend these for temporary living.

Rating due 2 neighborhood non-resident traffic ie: loitering street scum. Mgrs. pleasant & fair, have their hands full. Travis (maint. man) compulsive liar & an incompetent.
