Bought a car couple years ago and wanted to try and get approved for a second vechile. Talked with Stan Fildew gave him information over phone. He says I should know something in a few minutes. After not hearing back I have left voicemail,FB message also reached out to Roy O'Brien messenger. Still no call going on four days to see if I was approved. I guess that's the way they tell customers they are denied. Was really hoping to find another car with this dealership.Very Disappointed!

We talked to Mary Bleich at Roy Obrien early in the morning, advised what we were looking for, what price I wanted to stay under, and by 4 PM I was driving out with the car I wanted. She took the time to go over everything in my car and the entire process and even called me the next couple of days to make sure I knew how all the electronics worked in my Escape and that I was happy with my purchase.. service department... took my car in for a simple leak cost me $1,500 later left me without a car nor did they offer me one. I will never be back
