I just spent a very unreasonable amount of time (9:10 am to 1:24 pm) at Roy O'brien Ford getting 2 tires changed. Had an 11 am appointment, was told via phone call that I could come in early, hence me arriving at 9:10 am. Car wasn't brought into shop and on the lift/hydraulic jack at 11 am... For some reason, I was the last person to get my vehicle in the building. Also, I requested the air in the rear tires be checked AND adjusted if necessary. This wasn't done.
