(Beware of the service department) - I took my car to Roy Foss service, and they quoted thousands to fix my running boards, so I asked a local mechanic to do the same job and it cost only $130 to repair. I also asked them to fix a problem with my Bluetooth connection to my phone (which they charged me for), and the problem still remains. Very negative experience with these guys. Avoid the service department, go somewhere else. Car was in the shop for way longer than reasonable, and when you try to reach them they give you the runaround or straight up don't pick up the calls. I always hear of friends having great service with their cars, getting treated like a proper client. Not here...
Hi there, I usually do not like to review negative experiences, but I had no choice in these circumstances to report that the service department at this institution is very poor for customer service. A closely related member brought their car for service and they did not fix the issue. When attempting to reach the service dept., the workers ignored their customer's phone calls and never responded. Also, the dealership never offered for any loaner vehicles. I think this is the worst service centre and worst manager I have dealt with after buying my lyriq car from Roy foss. I had serviced my vehicle on Saturdays multiple times and got the rental while the car is under repairing and I Don’t have any issues with the advisor Lauren so far. But after appointment of new manager “Jonathan”, its getting worst.!
