EDIT: After posting our review, we were contacted by David Smirle, the General Manager at Roy Foss. He personally apologized for our experience and acknowledged that our concerns were valid and should have been handled better. He also committed to sending us a Tesla charging adapter right away as a gesture of goodwill, which we really appreciated. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I recently booked a test drive for the Cadillac Optiq at Thornhill Cadillac. Two models were listed as available in their inventory. After giving my details to their online assistant, I never received the confirmation email. Instead, I got a voicemail with a callback number. Well it seems that my first review was deleted !!! Calvin the finance manager is a paranoid guy , in his non existent brain , he assumes everyone is a fraudster , even with all original papers & documents , he finds some non existent issue .. folks DO NOT trust this guy… while I was dealing with him he showed me another customer info asking for my opinion whether the docs he had submitted were legit !!!!
