Let me start by saying that Roy Foss Cadillac Thornhill is excellent. The purchase experience was smooth. They respond quickly to service and support issues and they truly make you feel special when you bring your vehicle in for service. Edited: I was at Roy Foss on June 15 for an oil change. While waiting in the lounge a beautiful F1 car was being delivered and displayed in the showroom! Will go back with my son to take some pictures with the car. They have F1 suites, shoes and helmet and their staff was trying them on! Absolutely loved my experience at Roy Foss Cadillac. Amazing sales and service team and they have complimentary breakfast and lunch while you’re waiting for your service!
June 10,2026- Purchased a vehicle here recently. While there were a few minor details that needed to be ironed out post-delivery regarding the undercoating and a mirror scuff, the dealership took full ownership of the situation.
