Very personable. Answered all my questions, ordered tests not quick to diagnosis and order meds

Everybody was very pleasant, timely, he asked the right questions and came up with a follow-up plan.

Dr. Flood advised me to wear compression socks, to not sit for long periods of time at a desk and to stay active. We also talked about our shared love of cycling and a remarkable book, “The Best and The Brightest.” I’m looking forward to our next appointment in April.

My case is completely normal so I have very little to report outside of the doctor's extremely pleasant way of interacting with his patients. He makes every visit personal -- which almost never happens in medical visits these days!

Dr. Flood explained the procedure he will be doing on me. He took the time to let me know the procedure, how long it would take, and the reason for it. The procedure will take approximately 4 hours from start to finish. After procedure about two hours in recovery. With his knowledge bestowed to me, I have confidence I will be fine.
