The office is very concerned with making sure that patients are seen on time and are not having to wait long periods of time. I was in and out for my appointment which included an ekg. Dr. Flood is very kind and responsive. I have seen him on one other occasion and 3 years ago and he was able to relay information to me about that visit. That let me know that he at least reviewed my file before seeing me. He and his office seem focused on patient care and dedicated to making sure patients have a good experience.
Dr. Flood is an AMAZING doctor who is thorough and truly cares about his patients. He has a great personality and encourages you by giving suggestions to improve your daily health. I LOVE HIM!!

He is an excellent listener and understands patients who suffer from severe anxiety.Even my blood pressure stayed normal.
The attention to detail, the information was repeated for clarity and I was a part of the process, not just a bystander.
