The personal attention to my overall health concerns
He really listened to my concerns. Was very thorough in my diagnosis.
We saw him a few times 18 months ago and he knew his medicine well but was below average regarding a Dr-patient relationship. While having an appointment with a dermatologist my wife was having a severely painful headache. The dermatologist recommended she see a Dr. ASAP to rule out stroke. When she went to Dr Anderson's to see about her head, he yelled at her for taking the recommendation of a dermatologist and wasting his time. That was our last appointment with him.
Dr. Flood was very friendly and professional
Doctor seemed knowledgeable, but bedside manner is not very sympathetic even with a terminal patient. Office staff is very unorganized, doesn’t return calls and beyond rude as noted with many other reviews.
Extremely courteous, listened to my concerns
Dr Turner is very compassionate. She is easy to talk to because she LISTENS!! You are not rushed through making you feel that what you have to say is not that important or she doesn’t have the time to discuss your concerns She explains your diagnosis and the meds she prescribes so that you understand. She is sure worth a little extra wait for me! Everybody deserves a caring physician!
