I moved to Franklin 2 years ago and tried many colorists to do my Highlights -never right until I found Roxy's. I had lived in CA, NY and Scottsale, been to the best colorist, but none EVER did what Roxy to make my highlights so be autiful. Hers are the best, No one at the Oscars will have most luscious hair color than mine! I am thrilled .I feel and look 20 years younger and will Neve go elsewhere. She is magic! Judy (Judith Englestad)
