2bed/2ba absolutely love my apartment! Location,location,location! Residents in this building is a mixed of small family,singles & young couples. Go puff next door is not that much of an issue. Tbh the drivers that utilize the parking lot for order pickups are actually considerate to parking spots for residents. One even helped me with my groceries. Melanie and Frankie are a great duo. They make sure the residents at Roxy on Ridge are kept happy, and run a well functioning apartment complex. Whenever I have had a question or request, they always answer in a timely manor and fix the problem for me. They are great people who care about their residents, and my time at Roxy has been fantastic.

I highly recommend Roxy on Ridge, especially the fantastic Melanie (property manager) and Frankie (repairman). The building is quiet, tenants are kind and respectful, and repairs are addressed promptly. Melanie is on top of all issues that have arisen during our time here — helping install an Amazon package locker to secure deliveries, putting up signs to remind tenants to shut the doors to the outside, and ensuring that GoPuff drivers who work out of the fulfillment on the ground floor of the building abide by the terms of ... read more
