I moved from West Virginia to Jacksonville and Henry has been top tier! He’s so easy and fun to talk to. I just sit in his chair, pick a color and he just does his thing! Flawless and beautifully unique, every single time.

Trinh does fabulous work. I had an accident in October breaking my kneecap and required surgery. I've been in twice for my mani/pedi since then. They've been great and careful. Update 4/26/25: Everyone is friendly and ensures I'm comfortable and safe. Fabulous place.

Had a lovely experience at Roxy Nail Salon. Paid 150 USD for the Jax Pedicure and Manicure, for eyebrow wax and foot wax. The salon was super flexible with my appointment, due to last minute issues I had to change the appointment three times but they were super accommodating each time. So a little expensive but the service was absolutely luxurious and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As a note, at my usual nail salon, my gel nails last about two weeks without chipping. I typically go to the same nail tech, however I decided to give this a try. I am so glad I did. I drive 35 minutes to get my nails & toes done here because of the consistency. You definitely gained a client.
