Worst Vet Ever! This was the worst vet experience I have ever had. Dr Son clearly does not care for animals. He treated my dog as if he were scared of her (she's an old, friendly european chocolate lab), wanted me to submit her for "overnight" examinations that included giving her anasthesia to give her a full exam (never heard of that one before) and charged me for services that he did not give (shots that I had refused). The reviews for him are right. He's pretty terrible.

Roxborough Animal Hospital should be shut down! I called this place because it was nearby and on the Morris Shelter list for places that accept their spay certificate. We took our kitten there in the AM - no one in sight - not another creature except the man who runs the place. He showed clear dismay when I produced the certificate and quickly informed me that if there were complications it would cost extra. He told me to call back at 6. When I did so he first told me there had been complications and our kitten would have to... read more

Horrible Place for pets to go I use to work there and he was hurting animals in the surg room the drugs did not work at all they was from 2008 no no meds.He is very rude and disrespectful.l told me to shut up and i quit and he is to high and he tell people one price and when they get there its a different price. He can't stay with one person more than 2-4 months. He tell animals to shut up because they still feel the needles going in them and when they are being cut opening and than put more drugs in them. Unprofessional Tonight, as my dog is on her deathbed, the man who answered gave me an appointment for 16 hours later. I called to cancel because we decided to bring her back to her regular vet in Northeastern, PA... when I called to cancel the appointment, I explained the situation and the man simply stated, "I see," and abruptly hung up on me.

Do NOT take your pet here 3 years ago, I brought my then recently adopted dog to this vet on recommendation. She was adopted with what we were told, by the vet, was a combination of kennel cough and a mild ear infection due to her shelter conditions."It should clear up." I can't even remember how many appointments and ointments later, how many nights she would wake up itching and convulsing from the itching, and then vomiting. I decided to get a second opinion, because I was scared. My dog was not improving and the vets at t... read more

Watch out!! Well i took my sick dog to roxboro hospital everything seemed cool until i read the reviews, in time of emergency i was not thinking so i took her there anyway because i was freaking out, shes had some type of poisoning. The doc treated her really well, then he gave me 3 different type of pills that did not have the label of what it was so that made me think twice about it, i called my vet which hes an hour away and told me to tell the doc to send him the medication and once i talked to him he was like"what is th... read more

DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! First of all the place is super dirty looking. I foster kittens for PAWS and spend my own money on kittens while attending college. I came home yesterday from work to find one of my kittens near death on the floor. Since I live right across the street pretty much I literally ran across the street, the "doctor" and I use that term loosely told me he was dying and would be dead within a hour, he told me I had the option of giving him fluids but chances are it would not help. Euthing him would be t... read more

ROX Animal Hospital is HORRIBLE I took my puppy there for his neuter surgery and I had a terrible experience. My dog was returned to me COVERED IN BLOOD. When the doctor saw that I was freaking out about the presentation of the dog, he whisked him away and told me that it was a mistake and he was not ready to go home yet. He told me to come back the next day, as he pushed me out the door. When I finally got him home, his stitches were infected and he ripped them out. After TWO emergency trips to the vet he is finally okay! T... read more
