Selling damaged goods without refund I like to support locally owned businesses and ran across the store, where I purchased a table cloth that was on sale ($70 from $140). When I was showing it a colleague, noticed tea/light coffee colored stains about 2feet diameter in the middle. I'm not one to return items and make a fuss over such things, but this had to be dry cleaned. So took the cloth back for an exchange or refund. Disappointed too This store is wonderful for their creative floral design and good taste....however I had a similar problem with trying to return an item....their store policy is NO RETURNS! So you need to be absolutely positive about your purchase. Unfortunately, sometimes something that's lovely in the store just doesn't look like you planned in your home. I had an argument with the store person, too, and ended up with a store credit which I also didn't want. Too bad they don't trust their customers and offer better servic... read more
Great store I recently moved into a new house. I needed to decorate it and wanted to get a nice dried flower arangement that wasn't tacky. I looked all over for quality dried flowers and to much avail could not find any that were nice. I then as a last resort tried Roxannes Dried Flowers, I was so glad that I did. I found a beautiful arangement. When I had my house warming party I got more complements on the flowers than I did the house.
