Put it this way, read the other reviews.... They ain't lying!!!! These are the things that need to still be fixed!!! Bill is truly a slumlord who doesn’t care about anyone safety. He hires workers who lie about fixing the house and it doesn’t always get taken care of. A lot of the workers aren’t qualified to even do the repairs. The older workers, are great.
