Could not be any happier with both the professionalism and attention to patient needs. This is after fairly substantial ankle surgery.

If I could give zero stars I would! The front office staff are the rudest and nastiest ppl I have ever met in my life. I have had several bad experiences here. I broke my ankle in 2017 and had to be in a cast then boot then brace so I was seen several times in a 4 month period and I would literally dread going there just because the front office staff is so hateful. I'm irate. The actual doctors are fine, but someone who comes in to perform a test was obviously double booked. I was left a message stating I would be cancelled if I didn't reply. I phoned repeatedly, but the line was always busy. I showed up a half hour early to see what was going on and was told I was cancelled and already replaced (on 1/2 hr. notice?). I am crippled enough that it takes great preparation and effort to get to a doctor. I always keep my commitments, but apparently this technician was not raised that way.
Staff are not wearing masks. Very careless and inconsiderate.
