Stacey at Rowcall is an amazing property manager. Of all the managers we have had, she is the best. When you put in a request she is very responsive and communicates very well. She gets the job done with great accuracy.
This review Is specifically related to Property Manager, Stacy Oberg. Stacy took over managing our HOA in the last year or so. She has been an outstanding property manager - very prompt in her communication, thorough in addressing any issues, and professional in all interactions. I am a new board member. RowCal is also new to our HOA. However, I have been very impressed with our manager, Sarah. She is on the ball, responsive, and articulate. It seems that she has a lot on her plate, yet she still responds to us quickly and clearly. She also offers good suggestions and can comment on how other HOAs, or the industry in general, handles situations similar to ones we are working on.
Our community has utilized RowCal for several years. I believe the strength of any management company is their community managers. Jean Thoms leads our team and it’s excellent in responsiveness, providing options, and ensuring we are making the best decisions. Very pleased with the support and leadership!
Great management company! I especially like that they have a customer service phone number to call when you have an issue or question. We’ve been very happy with Stacy O, who is our property manager at RowCal. She is very prompt and professional.
