Very poor communication and inaccurate information. I have requested that our HOA discontinue use of this company.
I have only had great experiences with RowCal and their team! They truly are a great company with great people! They have their clients best interest in mind and want what is best for their clients and vendors!
Terrible to deal with. A revolving door of "representatives" to deal with, none of whom are good at communication or carrying out promised tasks.
