Love this place. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to eat. Couldn't ask for better food to eat couldn't ask for better service. I love this place.
Impressed. We did not read the reviews until after we ate. very happy we did because service was excellent and food was outstanding. we ordered the Shrimp & Grits and a 6 oz filet. both were perfectly prepared. We will definitely visit again.
The Farmer's burger and blackened chicken pasta were excellent. The baked Brie as an appetizer was also very good.
Roux and brew. I got the blackened chicken pasta Husband got the catfish platter both was delicious. They have the best service we never ran out of drinks which is a big deal to us, will go back.LOVED IT!!!
Excellent lunch today. We had BBQ shrimp appetizer that was wonderful followed by drumfish with amazing grilled asparagus. Wonderful atmosphere!! Thank you !
Great meal tonight. Heard some good things about this place and decided to give it a try. Better than I expected. Started out with the garlic parmesan chargrilled oysters.Had the fried shrimp but didn't want the fries. They gladly subbed the creamed spinach. Both were excellent. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. The creamed spinach was incredible. Definitely worth the drive. Will gladly come back.
First time at this new local fine casual dining establishment. I call it fine causal because the food and prices are like fine dining, but the atmosphere and dress are casual. Went with a friend who was visiting and she was impressed with the look of the place. The location has been several restaurants in the past. We are traveling from Florida to Houston and stopped in Hammond for the night. We came across this store looking for something other than chain stores. We found a winner. If we lived in the area, we would return often. Between the three of us, we had a house salad, tomato basil soup, a bowl of crawfish étouffée, and an off-menu item called crawfish pastry.
