During my visit to ****** over new years weekend, I rented a car through routes. Much like everyone else I chose this place because of the price as well as the car however something did not sit right with me. I will not be renting a car from them again due to the additional hidden fees and difficulties in getting communication from the company. A one is still too much!!!Lousy customer service, place is filthy, bathrooms not working. Three people just sitting around, the big black guy had an attitude.Never again!!! I rather pay some more money.

Renting a car from Routes Car Rental in ****** was a less-than-ideal experience for my wife and me. Religious discrimination! I dont have words to describe how this company and its representation has left my family and I feeling. They are not only unethical, unprofessional and horrible. Its an understatement of words to what we endured. Horrible. I waited 25 ******* the shuttle and an hour and 15 min more to get my car. The woman in line in front of me went to her car and it had a flat tire. Pathetic!!!

The only star goes to the wonderful people working behind the counter. Take off one star for the looooong distance from the airport and no suspension in the shuttle so we were launched in the air over every bump going 70 on the highway with no seatbelts. Take off three stars for every vehicle they offered us that had a cracked windshield ( not just a chip, the whole thing cracked lengthwise or top to bottom or a giant chip in front of the drivers view. Worst place on this earth!!! Im not going to tell my story due to its almost identical to every other story on this page! **************** is nonexistent! This place is like a horror story!!! JUST STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VACATION RUINED!!!
