Do not rent from this company in *****. Three families left to go back to the airport rather than rent here. We should have followed. Incredible wait times. Dont take ****. Insurance companies dont work this company. They charge a cleaning fee for sand at a beach location. Vans to their location off the airport run on their own time. Had to take a cab to get here after waiting for more than 20 minutes. Awful experience.

Would give a zero if possible. Pricing changes due to multiple high priced add ons when you get to the counter for your rental. Must pay for their insurance unless your personal insurance has $1 million in coverage because their cars arent owned like most other rental agencies. Was told I would not be charged for out of state fees as only 2 of the 8 day rental. Charged for all 8. Would have gladly paid for the 2. Dont fall victim to quick return system. Customer Invoice ******************************** Car Rental in Atlanta, ** I was charged $243 in additional charges for my 5 day rental:83.59 for border crossing (should have been ***** + tax)142.39 for fuel, despite the fact that the car was returned full.I called immediately from the airport but there was no answer to the phone after 14 minutes. The phone number connects to a service that cannot help. Various email responses were not helpful.

They are liars a scammers dont use them from the time they answer somewhere overseas the lies begin a they start taking money out of your account immediately scum bag trash especially when you do soldiers that way.

The car has unlimited mileage. However, if the car leaves ******* the rental company charges an extra $34 a day and the mileage is no longer unlimited. This was not pointed out while booking the car. Nor was it discussed by the rental agent when we told him we were going to SC for my brothers wedding. I would never rent from here again. It added an extra $400 to the car rental.

This is a fake company operating from ******The same agent answers every call but uses different names.Their prices seem cheap, but double when it's time to pick up the car.The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional.

Worst car rental experience ever! Rented from Priceline and prepaid, however when I got to the store, smelling of THC(pot) I was told I would have to pay out of state fees at $16.99 a day! Rental ended up being higher than my last one with enterprise and hertz! Poor customer service at the ******************** store and on the phone! Even talking about a white powder in a bag in the drawer, calling it that booger sugar! I have rented a mid size car 8/3-8/4 from the Atlanta Airport. The agreement number of my rental is ATL-81077.During the car rental processing I have communicated that I am NOT going to take this car outside the Georgia state line. After my rental car return, am charged an amount of $41.81". This amount is outrageous and not explained to me. Please refund this amount to my card.
