I got my Pathfinder from these guys a month ago. The sales process went well I did pay more than I wanted but still less than most places had them listed. My only complaint is the registration headaches but that's not their fault it's the DMVs. I have and will continue to recommend them.
I went to a couple other dealerships and all the sales people did was try to push cars on me, not caring about my wants just to make money off me, and from the second i pulled in to Rt 69 John came up to my car in the best mood just happy that i chose them, the customer service by him and a couple of his associates was outstanding! I have never had an easier time buying a car then at Rt 69 in Prospect. I saw a car I liked in Auto Solutions Magazine so I called the dealership. They promptly transferred me to a Sales Associate, Dave, who confirmed that the Dodge Calibur I wanted was still at the dealership and how many miles were on it. 1 trip 2 cars, my husband and I are both teachers and were in need of two inexpensive cars for work. We found Route 69 Auto Sales in Prospect, CT while looking through a car magazine we picked up at the market. I can not thank Dave and Mike enough for helping me with the purchase of my replacement vehicle. 3 weeks ago I totaled my Nissan and the process dealing with the insurance and how much do I get how much do I not get has been a complete and utter nightmare! Dave made the stress a lot better by showing me cars that were in the range of what I "thought" I was going to be getting. Got me a good deal on a Acura TL at Route 69. I went to look at a Jetta but wasn't what I wanted. Told sales guy John what I could spend and he showed me the TL. It was sweet! Coming back next week with my girl to get her a car too!
I hate buying cars but this was actually a decent one. I saw a Jeep listed in a magazine and went to look at it. It actually looked better in person. It had a few minor mechanical issues but they agreed to work on it and even changed the timing belt for me(I paid a discounted fee for this). Thanks Dave it was a pleasure.
After a month of grueling car shopping for our daughter who just got her license we found a 2001 Honda Accord. It was exactly what we wanted, reliable, safe, and not too costly and she loved it! Making the selection wasn't as easy as I thought it would be as they have so many to choose from but this seemed to be the best all around option for us and our daughter. I appreciated their upfront sales approach and if all continues to go well we will be back next year for our son's car.
