May of 2017 my boyfriend and I purchased a Dodge Ram 2500 from Route 69. Overall the buying experience was pretty painless, the my salesman and the owner were very polite, answering all questions and giving me a good deal on my vehicle. We also purchased a 3rd party warranty. They replaced the back half of the exhaust and the back bumper and 2 tires as well as the tie rods and ends and ball joints. They won't deliver the car in the condition promised. They had my car 7 weeks of the 1st 10 i owned it and still failed to fix the problem. They won't come to the phone or return your calls either.
Repairs are so bad and costly that I can't bring my car back for a free evaluation. It would be throwing away money for additional repairs. If you want to be insulted this is your place to go I guess the owner has no respect for elderly women. It's a shame I need a new used car. I WON'T GO THERE
2 reviews 1.0 star rating 8/11/2016 I bought my son his first car from these guys and i payed $3500 4 months ago. I have put in about that much in repairs and my son couldn't drive it for half of the time because he had surgery. When it died 2 weeks ago they refused to let me have it towed there so I brought it to a local mechanic, it cost over $1500 to fix this time and it is still not totally right. Moral of the story if want to be miserable and jerked around by an extremely arrogant owner and a mechanic who probably doesn't know what a car is, then head on down to Route 69 Auto and prepare to not be greeted as you walk in the door!
What an easy automobile purchase these guys made it for me this time around! I just picked up my 2009 Audi A4 and couldn't be happier about how well everything went. I didn't feel pressured into buying more of a vehicle than I could afford and left feeling like I got a great deal! I will most definitely be sending anyone I know looking for a used car to these guys. They are great!
I just brought my Honda Accord home and have to say this has been by far the easiest and most pleasurable car shopping experience so far. I always buy used cars every 3-4 years and have never found a more down to earth group of sales guys as they have at Rt 69. Thanks Bobby and Mike I will see you next time around!
They gave me a good deal and made it easy to buy too. I told them what i wanted to spend and what kind of car I was looking for and they showed them to me. I decided to buy an Acura because I know it's a good car and the price was good and not too many miles! I will come back and will send all of my friends and family here to buy cars too!
Great place and great guys to work with. I just bought a 2009 pick up for my job and the experience with them was great from day 1. None of that back and forth crap other lots try to pull.
