RecommendedI had a very small issue and sent a message to them about it. Within an hour, I received a message back offering a complimentary car wash (not just the basic one either). I haven’t been back because of the bad weather and they followed up again because they haven’t seen me and want to take care of it. Excellent customer service!
Driving through this place is like a video game. Dodge the muddy puddles, pot holes, parked construction equipment and used cars to reach the crappy car wash. Then you leave and navigate through more potholes and a tent thats falling down held together with duct tape. On your way back out to 59 dont forget to dodge the last muddy puddle in the entrance/exit in your just washed vehicle. Oh yeah dont forget to look out for stray gun fire too. This place is dirty and so is your car after going through it.
This place is terrible.... the keep banging our card even though we canceled membership.... and now today the hit my debit card and I havnt been there in months!!!! Can we say fraud ... I’m going to report to the BBB
Terrible experience. Not enough people vacuuming and doing interior on cars. Awful job drying car. Water spots everywhere. Will never come back. Do not waste your money coming here.
Horrible service my car was still dirty after wash multiple times waited 20 minutes for interior cleaning and after waiting they had no change
I went here for a quick wash just to get the pollen off even though I knew it was going to rain, paid $7 for just an exterior “soapy wash” which I think it pretty overpriced. Let just say the car looked better before I brought it there. Mind you it’s a brand new (2018) car, the wash actually left a film on my car. Tried calling twice during business hours and no one answered and the voicemail is full, no way to run a business. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.
Just had my car washed. Paid $22 for the silver carwash plus interior and tire shine. Chocolate still on my door handle. Ice Cream Sprinkles still on my seat. Horrible service. I had to take the rag from the man and clean everything he missed. Half a$$ job...save your money go further down the road. Now im home cleaning and re-vacuming all the spots he missed. And wiping down all the water Marks on my car since they did not dry it fast enough when he came out.
