This was my little girls first dental visit. The staff made her feel so comfortable and made it fun for her!!! She said she is ready to go back lol.
I didn't want to give them 5 stars because that is way to low however this was the highest ranking. They deserve way higher scores. Brain had everything ready for us and checked on for insurance purposes. When we first walked in we were greeted with smiles and great attitudes. The place is very bright, colorful, and kid friendly. Heather and other hygienist did a great job getting x-rays from a squiggly 5 year old using a handheld x-ray machine. They made magnolia very relaxed and comfortable. My kids had their first appointment here today and we absolutely loved it. I have two boys who are busy bees and there was plenty to keep them busy in the waiting rooms. The assistants and dentist didn't "fake" their interactions with my kids, they were very engaged with them and explained everything they did. The dentist explained everything in a simple form for a dental plan for them and even a financial plan. We won't go anywhere else if every visit is like this :)
Route 32 is the best! The staff, hygienists and dentists are WONDERFUL with the kids and explain everything on a child's level. I've had multiple great experiences here and my kids enjoying going! Thank you Route 32!
My wiggly worm was so well taken care of! Today was his first visit and his nerves were in full. Everyone was so patient and friendly with him. We loved our experience and can't wait to go back!
