Our experience with Route 32 was excellent from the start. The staff is attentive and great at anticipating questions and needs, the office is bright and well appointed and the dentistry care was considerate, thorough and sensitive. My six year old had extensive work done that required light sedation, her concerns and feelings were honored and she felt confident and relaxed. My son went last month. He is 1. He didn't fuss or anything! The staff is amazing. The office was more homey than a normal doctors office, so it was more comfortable for all of us!!! We definitely will be back! Loved it!!!
We have been driving to Austin for years to see Dr. Raymond and like he visits Waco so we can see him there. Great staff and he is a friendly dentist that listens to concerns of both child and parent.
I took my 10 yr old son for a second opinion on a tooth. The staff was very friendly and the office is welcoming. This was our first time and it will not be our last. My son had his tooth pulled and it was quick and easy and the dr was very nice and very explanatory!
Very kind and accommodating staff. Did great with my 5 year old and will be definitely bringing all of my kids here in the future!
I took my daughter to her first dentist appointment yesterday and it was amazing she did not cry or anything. It's definitely a kid environment I will recommend this office to any new moms.
