I was very excited when I purchased a 67 Ford Galaxie from this dealership. The sale ad stated clearly that the vehicle had 30,000 ORIGINAL! miles with same owner for 40 years. It is a clean car so I believed the mileage they had posted. Now awhile later I find a YouTube video with my car and the previous owner I thought it was great until the previous owner clearly says the car at the time of the video had 130,000 Miles on it. We enjoyed our experience at Rt. 31 Auto Sales. I have liked their Facebook page for quite sometime. I check their website every couple of days, you never know what will be on the lot! I saw the 72 Chevy C10 Pickup, and liked it immediately. I contacted Russ, he was very responsive and accommodating. We scheduled a time to test drive the truck, and bought it on the spot. Terrible! Got a truck December 31st, 2016 its now July 6th, 2017 and i still dont have plates! Ive made 100 phone calls to this place been put on hold many times were they never answered back. Other calls theyd tell me they would call me back but that never happened. Ive tried to get them to leave notes to a lady who handles all this but noone ever did that. This is the best used car lot I've been to! They have a VERY diverse selection of vehicle's that meet a wide variety of buyers' interests and budget. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very fair.
