I would like to formally complain about an encounter I had at jeep of east brunswick. After being told that someone would help me by the front desk associate, I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes with no help. The front desk woman left the area and never returned. After 30 minutes I walked up to a man asking for help (Aaron) and he refused to help, was loud with and extremely rude to me, and accused me of lying about the conversation I had with the front desk woman. This review is for prospective buyers. I recently purchased a used Dodge Truck here. The tire pressure monitoring system light was on after securing the sale. I was told by the salesman that it would go out. It never did. I started the drive home and stopped to get gas. The check engine light and fuel symbol came on. This was on a Saturday.
