Poor customer service July 2007 Tire Rack suggested Rt 10 Tire was capable of mounting and balancing an expensive set of four low profile tires. I spoke with Roger and he confirmed that Rt 10 Tire was capable of dismounting run flat tires and mounting the low profile tires and he quoted a price and time of 30-45 minutes to complete the job. Great $$$ on Tires I have been buying tires from Roger for a number of years and plan to in the future. He has a good inventory and if he does not have what you need he can get it quickly. The price he gives you will be the price you will pay, no hidden extras for valve stems, balancing or mounting! They also do oil changes while you wait. I highly recommend them next time you need tires.
Great service We have gotten our tires here for our cars for several years now and have never been disappointed. They have an excellent guarantee policy. They are very quick and the waiting room is clean. The only problem is they don't have fresh brewed coffee only instant. yuck
Wouldn't Get Tires Anywhere Else This is the best tire place in the whole area, including Western MA. Their prices cannot be beat, the service is superb, staff is especially pleasant and helpful. They do their best to get you in and out quickly . Clean , with a customer lounge area.
Great service About 8 years back I needed new tires for my Jeep and I went to all of the chain places in Westfield and wasn't satisfied. I went to Rte 10 tire and now I won't go anywhere else. They really know their stuff. The prices are great! Every time I have had to purchase new tires I check other places just to get a feel for how much they will cost and Rte 10 is always the cheapest!! I highly recommend them!
