The Best Combination of Value and Service. As an engineer and sports car enthusiast, I consider myself a discriminating consumer of tires and wheels. I value quality products, fair pricing and doing business locally. For 30 years I have studied technical specifications and pricing at the large mail order and online tire retailers. Small but great At the end of the day it is about good service and a great price, RT10 is always world class on both. I have been a loyal customer for years and I know how hard it is to keep a business afloat in todays economy. Roger does unbelievable volume for a shop his size but is small enough to give great prices.
Tire Rack Installer Just saved a ton of money by getting 4 Hankook tires from Tire Racks warehouse in Windsor and bringing them to Route Ten Tire to have them installed. I called 4 other places in the area and they gave me a hard time because I bought them online. The owner said he would even rotate them free every 5000 miles.
Route 10 Tire - Not friendly and very unpleasant Like others I wanted to support a local business instead of giving my money to Town Fair. I bought 4 tires from Roger and this guy is rather arrogant and really rubs you the wrong way in conversation. Perhaps he gets jerked around by other customers but that's part of running any business. He needs a serious attitude adjustment. In the end the tires worked out fine but the overall experience with Route 10 tire was bad. I will go somewhere else next time.
Great Warranty After hitting a curb last night and blowing out a brand new tire that I just got last week, and bending a rim, my morning got a little better when Roger gave me a new tire free and a used rim for $30. Roger cares about their customers and is hands down The Tire King of Granby.
FREE FLAT REPAIR Route 10 Tire fixed the nail in my tire for FREE, I live just outside of Boston and was through visiting relatives when I got a flat. Shops where I live would charge over $20 for the same service. Great shop!
4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT I got a set of snow tires and rims drop shipped from Tire Rack and Route 10 installed them for $30 and did a 4 wheel alignment on my 09 BMW FOR $59, SUCH A DEAL!
Best price for a Tire Rack install. I get all my tires delivered from Tire Rack right to Route 10 Tire and they are absolutely the best price for installations in the area. They also rotate and fix flats for free how can you beat that? If you need a Tire Rack reccommended installer in the Granby area cal Route 10 Tire, you wont be dissapointed.
Dont be fooled by imitations. Roger always sells me a good quality tire at a fair price. I have been going to him for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He has a great crew and clean shop, the best thing is that he quotes you a price that is all inclusive, no hidden add ons.
