NO Good/ Do not use their services shotty service, shotty work, shotty practices and very unreliable, do yourself a favor and stay away. Teh price may draw ya but you are playing with fire
less than honest dealings an employee john quoted a price on 2 tires, when I went to order them roger would not honor the price and claimed they had no knowledge of the pricing. very deceptive and un trust worthy. my family and extended family has bought many tires over the years and they have blown that business in the future. I will not deal with any company that is not honest no matter how much money I might save.
TERRIBLE SERVICE- NOT HONEST Stay away from this place, roger may throw some low prices to you but he is dishonest and untrustworthy. he is not good on customer relations what so ever.
Relax I purchased 4 snow tires for my Lexus today from Route 10 Tire. Roger had the best price so I made an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. I cozied up to the nice warm pellet stove and took advantage of the wireless internet while I drank a free coffee.Who could ask for anything more?
Great price, better service I got 4 tires from Roger today, even though the shop was mobbed I was in and out in an hour and saved $90 off Tire Racks price. I watched Roger get beat up by customers because they didnt want to wait(I am glad I am not in retail) thanks Roger
Rude and Indifferent I have been a customer of Route 10 Tire for over 8 years. I always try to support the local, independent business whenever possible. I have tolerated Roger's unpredictable moods because the location is convenient and the prices are good. Now, however, I am done. Last spring, I asked him for a good set of summer tires. FAST FRIENDLY AND FREE? I had a flat, AAA said it would be about 45 minutes, a woman stopped to see if I was ok and told me to call Roger at Route 10 Tire so I did. I told Roger I was stuck about 4 miles away, he said he would send someone right out to help me. Roger fixed my tire in like 10 minutes and didnt charge me. Go there you wont be disapointed.
THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I recently purchased a set of tires from Rt 10 and they were very pleasant, affordable, and did wonderful work. I will recommend them to everyone, Roger has been there for almost twenty years and he tells you like it is (some people like it sugar coated but not me) No bs one price, no hidden fees, and it is usually the best in the area. The coffee machine is free, and they have a clean waiting room.
Workmanship Great, but... I have been really happy with the workmanship and the balance quality done by the technician, who is very professional. I do have a problem with Roger and his cavalier attitude toward his customers, once the tires have been sold. Last fall, after driving nearly an hour for my snow-tire changeover appointment, Roger told me he couldn't do the work in the Route10 shop due to run-flat tires.
