Our salesperson, Gretchen was great, very down to earth, no high pressure sale at all. As blinds were being installed, I noticed that they didn’t go down far enough to meet the molding. Mentioned it to installer and he happily remounted in a different way to get it set just right. The blinds seem to be of good quality and look perfect. Also their price was 60% lower than a competitor’s estimate. Very satisfied

I was there today with my uncle and the lady was rude and unwelcoming and practically ignored us. She acted like we were scum. We ended up buying our blinds at Home Depot for $2,200 and they were very helpful Never pre judge your customers.
I guess you get what you pay for (Budget) - I had them install a couple of thousand dollars of vertical blinds for me. I recently called with a question about getting 3/4” taken off one set. I was told someone would call me back - 6 days later still no call - I went elsewhere.

I have had a horrible experience with the purchase of a blind for my moms lanai. The first then the installer came the product was damaged with a bend down the middle. He put the blind up anyway and said that they would order another one that they also didn’t measure properly. Then almost 6 weeks later he came with the re ordered product and went to put it up and it still wasn’t measure to be snug to the closure. He cut the product and put it up.
