Just spent 4 days here ! We love it here. Couple things I noticed though , your ladies bathrooms/shower houses need new shower heads. The pressure that was coming out of the one practically ripped the skin off my body ( it was pretty bad ). They look old and need replaced BADLY!! The main store up front could sell WAY more things than what they are providing. So much potential w that place ! You guys don’t sell hardly anything in there. Looks bare and unwelcoming. First time visiting with our Scout group and our family enjoyed our visit. Lots of activities planned throughout the weekend. Kids had fun at the beach and pool and during the luau and dance party. Close enough to town where we could run to the store if needed pretty quickly.
We’ve been going for about 20yrs same spot same neighbors but it seems like when you need staff no one is around to tend to the guests. Bathrooms closed super early no showers available due to ice cold water so we have to go way to the other side which is a inconvenience! Will be back though...!
Great campgrounds, Always something to do, always clean, always courteous and friendly staff!! 10yrs and counting!!
If you have a bunch of kids and want to camp on top of each other it’s a great place. 2 stars because the lake is perfect for light kayaking. Also if you need anything the store promptly closes at 7pm and has prettymuch nothing.
Went during the week with our grandson and nothing was available to do. If things are just open on the weekend, rates should be lower and it should be told to you at booking.
Friendly staff. Friendly guests. We felt welcome our first visit by seasonal families. our cabin was perfect, tucked away around the Lake.
