Phil was super rude on the phone!! Worst customer service ever!!! We went in the store to get our pizza, told the manager and he didn't even do anything about it, Just shrugged his shoulders�
It was by far the worst experience ever. And to match that we timed how long it took from the time the pizza was put in the delivery carrier to when the pizza actually left the restaurant... O ver 1/2 an hour it just sat there, while the delivery drivers and a manger ate pizza and watched the World Series. Terrible. We buy food with our hard earned money only too be disrespected. Will tell everyone we know NOT TO EAT OR GET DELIVERY
No communication. 3 families that came after us got their food before us. & when we went to ask I was ignored. Finally found out it hadn’t even been put it. We weren’t the only family that waited hours . The lady then just said I can give you a refund and that’s all I can do for you after waiting a hour for our food already. “And it won’t go in for 4-5 business days. That’s more then I could usually do anyways.” No communication. No pizza ready at a decent time. Tables were filthy .
Waited over an hour and never got our pizza! Only to find out it wasn’t even made! And now I have to wait 5-10 business days for my money back! Never again! Don’t come here! Over 6 people in the back who can’t communicate!
RecommendedI have braces so when I received the first batch of garlic twists I wasn’t able to eat them because they were on the crispy side. So I called round table back and they offered to replace the first batch free of charge and the second batch arrived within 20 minutes after I made the phone call!!! Excellent customer service!
