Such a terrible experience! I called to order in for to-go and found myself on hold for 5 minutes before I could even place the order. I arrived at the expected ready time and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Staff were rude, short with customers, and preferred to hide in the kitchen even when they had customers asking for help at the register. Tables were left dirty and unclean with cleaning supplies out in the open. And wait times were unforgivable. One family wait… See more

Went for lunch. Was there 45 minutes. No pizza in the lunch buffet. When they did put it up only 5-6 pieces at a time so it was enough for two customers out of the 6 or 7 waiting. If you just want salad it's great. If you want pizza order your own
Called & odered a pizza then after picking it up I get all the way home only to realize they gave me the wrong pizza! Then I drive all the way back to the restaurant and they tell me they gave my pizza to someone else & they cannot make me another one because it's closing time. The only thing they offered was to keep the wrong pizza & refund me for the pizza I ordered. No apology, no promise it won't happen again, no offer to take a % off on my next pizza, no nothing, zero!
