RecommendedI have had only really good experiences with all the Round Rock staff; I was initially put off a bit my some reviews (on Yelp, especially) but those people must have been in a real bad mood. I have loved Dr. Michaud, the NP, Shagupta, all the other folks I have encountered.
RecommendedDr. Higginbotham was recommended to me by my Neurosurgeon. Nothing but good things to say about him.
Disgusted at how they treat their patients right out of surgery. Staff completely lacks compassion and actually hung up on a patient when they informed the staff that they neglected to send a prescription. I would not recommend this place to my enemies!

Recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing staff who knows what they are doing, great beside manner. Upon coming out of anesthesia my beautiful nurse made me coffee and brought me cookies - an angel! Loved everyone I came in contact with there today. Made everything a lot less scary.
