The staff is very nice there, they are sincere and patient.
They are clean and polite
Everyone was so nice and took care to make sure I was comfortable. My driver Payton from Waco APC always picked me up on time and made sure I arrived on time. Everyone came by to explain to me what was going to happen and they will be in the room with me.
All the staff were super nice and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Dr. Adams is the absolute best!
Disgusted at how they treat their patients right out of surgery. Staff completely lacks compassion and actually hung up on a patient when they informed the staff that they neglected to send a prescription. I would not recommend this place to my enemies!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing staff who knows what they are doing, great beside manner. Upon coming out of anesthesia my beautiful nurse made me coffee and brought me cookies - an angel! Loved everyone I came in contact with there today. Made everything a lot less scary.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely friendly staff. I have been having Dr Malone doing procedures on me for 5 years. Dr Malone is the first Dr that actually listened to me and what is going on in my crazy spine. I hopefully just had my last surgical procedure at Round Rock Surgery Center. Advanced Pain Care has really grown. I wish only the Best for Dr Malone and his amazing staff!!
