Amazing staff! My experience was positive in all aspects so I did not see anything that could improve. This includes the towing and shuttle services which were extremely convenient and helpful. This type of service coupled with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff truly sets your organization notches above the rest and serves as a reminder that I have my confidence in the right people. World class service I liked the people I dealt with. I knew what I wanted and the packages I wanted and they never tried to change my mind or sell me something else. Instead they gave me a straight honest sell. And I appreciated that. Jerry Crider kept the ball on track, and if something was there I did not understand he fully explained it to me. He also ensured financing was correct. All in all, great purchase!

1 star is a generous rating We all know that car dealerships are high pressure areas. Since everyone is paid on commission that is understandable. Everything is great when it goes smoothly, but when it goes south beware. All of sudden the finger pointing turns and you will become assualted from every front.
