Amazing staff! My experience was positive in all aspects so I did not see anything that could improve. This includes the towing and shuttle services which were extremely convenient and helpful. This type of service coupled with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff truly sets your organization notches above the rest and serves as a reminder that I have my confidence in the right people. 1 star is a generous rating We all know that car dealerships are high pressure areas. Since everyone is paid on commission that is understandable. Everything is great when it goes smoothly, but when it goes south beware. All of sudden the finger pointing turns and you will become assualted from every front. I took my car in a few weeks ago because it wouldnt start. They said it would be an easy fix. Two days and 200 bucks later I got it back. Two days after that it was broken again.
