I have been going to Round Rock Modern Dentistry for 3 years now and I love them. The dentists and periodontist are so kind and gentle, and the staff is amazing. I had to have some pretty expensive work done and Nelly walked me through some payment options, so I wasn't going to be financially stressed. The hygienists are always flexible with my schedule since I work in South Austin. I'm thankful that we called ahead to confirm our appointment and the amount they intended to charge. Elise and Alicia (Ally) were extremely rude and ignorant. The fee schedule they were working from was incomplete and stated so at the top of the sheet. Upon trying to get them to actually do their job they chose to interrupt and be disrespectful. Very upset to get a bill from collections agency when I never received a bill from this office. I don't even know what the charges could be as I haven't been in for months now because I told them I couldn't afford the surgery they were recommending. It was well over $12,000. I was given the guilt trip about not going through with the surgery and mind you because I can't afford it. So of course now I'm hit with a bill of $500 and for what. The ladies in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable and eventually felt like friends. Dr Nguyen and Dr Rhodes were very accommodating and cared that my dental experience was positive. I never dreaded going in for my appointments and their billing was spot on.
This is one of the best dental clinic, starting with the front staff everyone greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome, they are friendly and very professional. Suzzette took her time to check my insurance benefits and explain to me in details what the cost of my procedure would be and my options she knows her job very well.
